On Saturday we had a ward dinner. I took Cheesy Potatoes. In an effort to make them so Karl would like them I used Mozzarela Cheese instead of Cheddar. Then I added little pieces of cooked bacon to add some extra flavor. They were way yummy!!! Chef Simon would be proud.
Only 17 Days till Christmas.

i have always found that bacon adds to so many dishes. But it has not helped for sweet dishes such as jello.
