What did your family do for fun when you were a child?

We did all sorts of things. My favorite was when we did things outside. In the Summer we would go swimming, camping or hiking. Occasionally we would go bowling. In the Winter we would go sledding and skiing. We loved to make Snow Ice Cream and Snow Jello.

We have always done puzzles, especially on Conference Weekend. Lydia was so good at puzzles that she would put them together upside down. Dad read to us quite a bit, especially the Hobbit. When he read books he would act them out with his voice and make them fun to listen to.

When we had Family Home Evening we would always have to walk a funny way into the kitchen for dessert. Sometimes it was just walking backward, other times it was a crab walk.
